Accessible hotel and room
Our hotel provides accessibility for our guests with limited mobility.
Adapter
Upon request, we provide an adapter suitable for international use. Please ask for assistance at our Reception.
Allergens
In the Grand Barista Café, we use eggs, milk, flour, and various types of nuts and seeds, so we cannot 100% guarantee the absence of cross-allergies; therefore, our dishes may contain traces of allergens. Please contact our staff with any questions.
Baby equipment
A baby cot, baby bath, and high chair can be requested free of charge at the reception.
Bathrobe and slippers
Bathrobe and slippers can be requested free of charge at the reception.
Bathroom amenities and supplies
Mirror, movable cosmetic and shaving mirror, razor, paper cosmetic tissue, toothbrush cup, towels and bath towels, bath mat, hairdryer, towel dryer, trash can. Supplies include cotton swabs, shower cap, sewing kit, combined shower gel-shampoo, liquid hand soap, paper tissues.
Bed
The bed in the hotel rooms is 2 meters long and 90 cm wide.
Blanket
Upon request, we provide an extra blanket. Please feel free to contact the reception with your request.
Breakfast
We offer a buffet breakfast for our guests in our restaurant from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. In case of early departure, please inform the reception of your breakfast pack request by 9:00 PM the day before your departure. More information about our room service can be requested in our restaurant or at the reception.
Check-out
Please vacate the rooms by 10:00 AM on the day of departure; a surcharge will apply for later departures. For departures after 6:00 PM, the full daily room rate will be charged. Please coordinate your intention for a late check-out in advance at the reception, thank you!
Cleaning, linen, and towel change
If there is no “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door, our staff will automatically carry out daily room cleaning. For any matters related to room cleaning, please indicate your request (by 1:00 PM) with a sign placed on the door handle or contact the Reception! An extra cleaning fee will be charged for unusual levels of dirtiness. Upon request, we provide daily changes of bed linen and towels; please inform the reception of your needs!
Coffee and tea making facilities
In our guest rooms, a kettle and complimentary coffee and tea supplies are available for our guests.
Complaints
For any complaints or remarks, please contact the reception during your stay so that we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Our hotel website also allows you to provide feedback after your departure.
Cooling, heating
Our rooms have underfloor heating, which can be adjusted to the desired temperature using the wall controller during the heating season. Each room is equipped with air conditioning that operates in cooling or heating mode depending on the weather according to central settings.
Copying and scanning
Reception is available for assistance. Please utilize the help of the reception!
Currency exchange
It is recommended to exchange money only at banks and official currency exchange locations! Please contact the reception with any questions! You can also settle your bill in foreign currency. (EUR)
Doctor/dentist/pharmacy
To request medical assistance, please call the reception. For information on the nearest on-duty pharmacy, please inquire at our reception.
Electric Car Charging
Provided in the private underground garage. Please inquire at the reception for details.

Fire Extinguishers, Fire Safety
Fire extinguishers, hydrants, and smoke detectors have been installed in accordance with fire safety regulations. The escape routes indicated in the room folder show the routes to be followed in the event of a fire alarm.
Fire Safety Regulations
It is prohibited to engage in activities in the rooms that may cause fire or explosion.

- The operation of coffee makers, heaters, hot plates, irons, etc. brought into our hotel is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited in the room!
- It is prohibited to store flammable liquids in the room or to work with them!
- The further use of faulty electrical appliances (lamp, switch, TV, etc.) is dangerous, so please report them to the housekeepers or the reception.
- In case of fire, the fire alarm device located near the escape routes must be activated, which will automatically transmit the fire alert to the reception. Please call the reception by phone and inform them of the location of the fire.
- The use of elevators is PROHIBITED in case of fire! Please leave the building through the stairwell according to the escape routes indicated on the room doors.

First Aid
Basic medications and bandaging supplies are available at our reception. For more information, please contact our reception. When using medication, always follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions and read the leaflet.

A guest elevator is available for our guests in the hotel building.
Hotel rooms
Our hotel awaits its dear guests with standard, deluxe, superior, and executive rooms. Families are welcomed in our family rooms, which have a bed and a convertible sofa, accommodating up to 4 people comfortably. All our rooms can be darkened and are noise-free. Our hotel also has an accessible room.
Internet

Can be requested at the reception.
Key card
This operates your room door. When leaving our hotel, please return the room magnetic card at the reception.
Laundry, ironing
For the cleaning, washing, and ironing of suits, costumes, and other clothing within 24 hours, please inquire at the reception. Please place the clothes in the laundry bag located in the built-in wardrobe along with the completed laundry slip.
Linen change
In the hotel rooms, we change the linens twice a week. Upon special request, we can change the linens at different intervals. Please contact the reception with your request.
Lobby Bar
The Lobby welcomes guests every day with a wide selection, with opening hours matching those of the Grand Barista: Mon-Fri 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Sat 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Local regulation of air conditioning and heating
All rooms and common areas in our hotel are air-conditioned. Each room has individually controllable air conditioning and heating equipment. Please turn it off whenever it is not needed and when leaving your room for the sake of environmental protection.
Lost and Found
Please call the reception if you have left any personal items anywhere at any time.
Luggage Delivery
Upon request, our reception will gladly deliver your luggage to your room or to the parking lot upon departure if requested.

Can be used free of charge at any time with the help of the reception, please contact the hotel reception.

A free city map can be requested at the reception.
Minibar
In every room, consumption will be charged to the room bill according to the price list prepared in the room.

Parking
For guests arriving by car, our hotel provides 4 parking spaces in a closed, monitored area for an additional fee. Our hotel cannot provide parking for buses.

Reception
Our hotel reception is open year-round, 24 hours a day. Our receptionists welcome our guests in Hungarian and other foreign languages. The reception answers call at the hotel’s central phone number and manages reservations.

In our air-conditioned restaurant, we serve a generous buffet breakfast and snacks and drinks during the day. Our hotel does not serve alcoholic beverages to guests under 18 years of age.
Room service is provided for 12 hours!
Safe
A free in-room safe is available in every guest room’s wardrobe. The hotel is only responsible for valuables and cash placed in the safe.
Security
Our hotel is monitored by closed-circuit security cameras in communal areas and at the entrances. The footage is handled in accordance with legal regulations, and unauthorized persons cannot view it. The guest room door can only be opened with a card prepared for the Guest at the Reception. The guest room door can be secured from the inside with a security lock.
Sewing
A free sewing kit is provided in the rooms for our guests’ use. Any additional sewing requests can be communicated at the reception after prior arrangement.
Slippers
Available in every room. Extra slippers can be requested free of charge at the Reception.
Shoe Cleaning
A shoe cleaner can be found in every guest room wardrobe.
Smoking
Our hotel is non-smoking, so smoking is prohibited throughout the entire area, including rooms and common areas.

If you notice a technical problem in your room, please notify the reception.
Towel Exchange
Towels are provided in the bathroom. They are replaced based on your needs, minimum twice per week. Please place them on the floor if you wish to have fresh towels provided. We are committed to environmental protection and minimize unnecessary use of washing chemicals. Please consider this when requesting fresh towels.
TV, radio
A television channel guide is available in the room. You can listen to the radio on the television and also set an alarm on it. Please read the TV guide.
Umbrella
These are provided free of charge at the reception.
Visitors
Please inform the reception in advance of any intention to receive visitors.
Wake-Up Call
Please inform the reception what time you would like to request a wake-up call.

The tap water is drinkable.
