Our family rooms are equipped with a bed and a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. All of our rooms feature blackout curtains and are soundproof. Reception

Our hotel reception is open 24/7, all year round. Our receptionists welcome our guests in Hungarian and other foreign languages. The receptionist answers calls and handles reservations via the hotel's central phone number. Services available at our reception include: phone service, photocopying; wake-up calls; multilingual informational brochures (hotel, package offers, leisure activity options, etc.); activity planning; and arrangement of transfers and car rental.

Bed

Our hotel rooms feature beds that are 2 meters long and 90 cm wide. The mattress is 17 cm deep.

Linen change

Bed linen in hotel rooms is changed twice a week. Upon special request, bed linen can be changed at different intervals. Please contact Reception with your request.

Accessible Hotel, Room

Our hotel provides accessibility for our guests with reduced mobility.

Extra bed

Available upon request at reception for an additional charge.

Baby amenities

Complimentary baby cots, baby baths, and high chairs are available upon request at reception.

Safety

For your safety and peace of mind, our hotel is equipped with closed-circuit security cameras monitoring all common areas and hotel entrances. All footage is handled strictly in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access. Access to your guest room is exclusively via the key card provided to you upon check-in at Reception. For enhanced security, your guest room door can also be secured from the inside with an additional safety lock.

Shoe Cleaning

You’ll find a shoe cleaning kit in the wardrobe of every guest room.

Luggage Storage

Luggage service

Upon request, our Reception is pleased to deliver guests’ luggage to their room, or to the parking lot upon departure.

Mirror, movable magnifying cosmetic and shaving mirror, facial tissues, dental cup, towels and bath sheets, bath mat, hairdryer, heated towel rail, waste bin. Amenities also include cotton swabs, shower cap, sewing kit, 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo, liquid hand soap, and tissues.

We kindly ask guests to vacate their rooms by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. A surcharge will be applied for late check-out. For departures after 18:00, a full day’s room rate will be charged.

This card operates your room door. Upon your departure from our hotel, please kindly return your room key card to the Reception.

All rooms and common areas in our hotel are air-conditioned. Each room is equipped with an individually controllable air conditioning and heating system. To help us protect the environment, we kindly ask that you switch it off whenever it is not needed or when you leave your room.

In the Lobby Bar, daily fresh newspapers await our guests.

Laundry and Dry Cleaning

You can indicate your laundry preferences on the laundry list and price guide conveniently located in your room’s wardrobe. Should you submit your laundry bag before 12:00, your freshly laundered items will be returned to your room on the very same day. We kindly ask that you only request laundry services for items that do not require special care, as our hotel cannot assume responsibility for any damage that may arise from such items. For any special requirements, such as dry cleaning, please inform our reception desk in advance.

Doctor/Dentist/Medication

For medical assistance, please call Reception. For information about the nearest duty pharmacy, please inquire at our reception.

Complaints

We kindly ask you to contact the reception with any complaints or feedback during your stay, so we can address any potential issues as quickly as possible. Our hotel’s website also provides an opportunity to share your feedback after your departure.

Parking

For guests arriving by car, our hotel offers parking in a secure, camera-monitored area for an additional fee. Please note that our hotel cannot provide parking for buses.

Our private underground garage offers a limited number of 4 parking spaces for our guests at 1,900 Ft/car/night. Should you wish to use this facility, please inquire and settle the payment at the reception upon check-in, providing your license plate number, as availability is limited.

Should our private parking be fully occupied, additional parking options are available in the vicinity:

Our accommodation is situated in a paid parking zone. You can conveniently settle the parking fee at the blue machines located on the two street corners. The rates are 360 Ft/hour or 2,160 Ft/daily ticket on weekdays between 8 AM and 6 PM. Alternatively, you can initiate yellow zone parking by calling +36/20/30/70-763-6721.

Pillow

Currency Exchange

We recommend exchanging money only at banks and official exchange offices! For any questions, please contact reception. You may also settle your bill in foreign currency. (EUR)

Breakfast

Our restaurant welcomes guests with a buffet breakfast from 06:30- 09:30.

For early departures, please kindly notify reception by 21:00 the day before your departure if you would like a breakfast package.

Safe

Complimentary in-room safes are available in the wardrobe of every guest room. The hotel assumes responsibility only for valuables and cash deposited inside the safe.

Housekeeping, bed linen and towel change

If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is not displayed on your door, our team will automatically provide daily room cleaning. For any specific room cleaning requests, please indicate your preference (by 13.00) using the sign placed on your door handle, or simply contact Reception. Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply for unusual levels of soiling.

Should you require it, we are pleased to offer daily changes of bed linen and towels. Please inform Reception of your request.

Blanket

We provide extra blankets upon request. Please feel free to contact reception with your needs.

Lost and Found

Fire extinguishers, fire hose reels, and fire alarms have been installed in accordance with fire safety regulations. The escape routes provided in your in-room directory indicate the paths to follow in the event of a fire alarm.

Your TV channel guide can be found in the folder located in your room. You can listen to the radio through the TV channels and set an alarm using your television. Please read the TV guide for more information.
